About NetExpat

HOW IT BEGAN

It all started with a rejected relocation! In 1998, NetExpat Co-founder and EVP Global Operations, Nathalie Brotchi had the opportunity to accept a promotion with her then employer, and relocate her family to North America. What initially sounded like a great opportunity took a new turn when she looked at the larger picture with her partner, Alain Verstandig, NetExpat Co-founder and current President.


Alain would need to leave his role and secure a new job as part of their relocation. At the time, there was little to no help and support available to Alain and it became clear that the hurdles involved would outweigh the opportunity. In addition, no cultural training was on offer and again, they’d have to figure this out for themselves.


As a result, Nathalie declined the opportunity to relocate, and the seed of an idea formed. They could deliver a far enriched experience to similar relocating families, with a focus on the relocating partner/spouse, and cultural training for the family.

WHO WE ARE

For over 25 years, NetExpat has been a flagship in partner assistance and intercultural solutions. As with all success, it has come through hard work. Sticking to what we do really well, the team has grown to be present in over 85 countries, supporting over 400 multi-national clients around the globe. NetExpat is a recognized service partner for the majority of the Relocation Management Companies.

We want to be the instrumental partner of international corporations in easing international mobility by addressing the assessment, training and coaching needs of their global employees.
