Global Client Services Manager - Intercultural Training

Location: Global

Join our Global Client & Intercultural Services teams in an exciting full-time role ideal for a dynamic person who enjoys helping people, managing multiple projects and working in an international environment. This role would best suit someone who has some background and knowledge of the intercultural training field, in particular. After your onboarding, you will quickly receive responsibilities to:

Act as a central point of contact for corporate clients and the individuals benefiting from our intercultural training services

Ensure the coordination of smooth delivery of our training and coaching services throughout the world

Communicate with training candidates to understand their needs, organizing delivery of our services from A to Z, including the selection of the appropriate NetExpat trainers

Monitor client satisfaction and provide our corporate clients with regular reporting

Support intercultural services team in developing training materials and products as required

Constantly improving and enriching our services and processes for all service lines

Required Skills & Capabilities

Enjoys helping people in their expatriate or learning journey

Excellent communication and organization skills

Positive can-do attitude, curious, innovative mind, comfortable in a fast-paste and changing environment

Ambitious and ready to take on additional responsibilities in a fast-growing organization

Minimum 2 years of successful experience in customer service or project management/coordination

International experience living and/or working abroad is a must

Has knowledge of the intercultural communication field, and/or experience of working in an intercultural role

Knowledge of corporate training industry, global mobility, or digital learning will be beneficial

Fluent in English. Any other languages such as Spanish, French or German being an asset
