Manager, Global Intercultural Services

Location: Europe or USA

Join our great Intercultural Services teams rich of over 600 experts in 85 countries, in an exciting role ideal for a dynamic person who enjoys helping people, managing multiple projects and working in a fast-paced international environment. This role will report to the Associate Director for Intercultural Services. This role would best suit someone who has a solid background and knowledge of the intercultural training field and exposure to psychometric instruments.

Primary Responsibilities

Actively support our Global Advisory Team in explaining our rich intercultural learning capabilities, tools and methodology to our 400+ corporate clients in the 85 countries we deliver services in

Act as a central point for our unique intercultural assessment instruments, responding to questions and working with the Associate Director on the development strategy and alliances of our proprietary tools

Manage our unique online global peer to peer learning community – the Global Leaders Community see here - such as organizing events, posting blogs, recording videos and stimulating interaction

Support the delivery of our most exciting and complex intercultural training, directly in contact with our team of 600+ top intercultural trainers, our corporate clients, and our Global Advisory Team

As a key contributor of our great global Intercultural Services team, you will constantly contribute to the enrichment of our intercultural learning materials, tools and processes.

Required Skills & Capabilities

Proven knowledge of the intercultural learning field

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an international role in Learning and Development, Global Mobility or Talent Management

Excellent communication, and organization skills

Positive can-do attitude, curious, innovative mind, comfortable in a fast-paced and changing environment

Fluent in English, any other languages being an asset

International experience living and working abroad is a must
