Primary Responsibilities

Act as a central point of contact for our corporate clients, the individuals benefiting from our services and our experts, to ensure top delivery of our training and coaching services throughout the world. This includes speaking to our corporate clients to understand their needs, coordinating delivery of NetExpat services from A to Z including the selection of the appropriate NetExpat consultant or trainer.

Monitor client satisfaction and provide our corporate clients with regular reporting.

Join our Client Services team at global level to continuously participate in improving and enriching our services and processes for all service lines.

Required Skills & Capabilities

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service

Fluent in Spanish and English, any other languages being an asset

Ambitious and ready to take on additional responsibilities in a fast-growing organization
International experience in living and working abroad is a must
